TellText is developed and operated by Pascal Schröder, an independent app developer based in Germany. The App allows users to record voice notes, which are then automatically transcribed and summarized using artificial intelligence technology.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the App for any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the App
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Impersonating another person or accessing another user's account without permission

4.2. Consequences

Violation of these Terms may result in the termination of your account and access to the App.

TellText and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pascal Schröder and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws to the extent applicable.

You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
